My topic I chose to learn more about was the marriages and relationships between First Nations Women and European men. I chose it because I always thought that these relationships were no allowed and I wanted to see why they allowed them. There were many reason for why the people of two different cultures married and some may even argue that many of these reasons were not just love and that many people did it for their benefit.
